Lindsay Lohan DUI Arrest By now, everybody on the planet is aware that Lindsay Lohan was arrested on Tuesday for suspicion of drunken driving and possession of cocaine.

These charges are completely separate from her Memorial Day weekend hit-and-run crash.

“Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease,” said Blair Berk, Lohan’s lawyer.

“Since Lindsay’s transition to outpatient care, she has been monitored on [an alcohol detection] bracelet and tested daily in order to support her sobriety. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing company. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”

“While in the jail, officers found a small amount of cocaine,” added Lt. Alex Padilla. According to Padilla, the coke was found in Ms. Lohan’s pocket.

She should change the name of her new movie from “I Know Who Killed Me” to “I Know Who Killed My Career, Me”.
