Last week the trailer to the J.J. Abrams’ produced movie codenamed Cloverfield (or Slusho, or The Parasite or 01-18-08, etc.) was leaked onto the net and people have since gone crazy analyzing it. 

Unfortunately, the Cloverfield clips in front of Transformers were apparently recorded off cell phones, so the quality left a lot to be desired.  Paramount quickly sent the attack dogs out, and their legal team sent out a barrage of cease and desists.  And like that…it was gone.

Until now.

Paramount has officially released the trailer for the world to see, and in HD up to 1080p, no less.  It’s the same footage from before, just much, much clearer and easier to hear.   Still no actual sightings of “the monster”, though.  But rest assured…it’s not a lion.
