While promoting his film Ocean’s 13, George Clooney took some time to talk about the younger generation of celebrities like Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton.

“We are always going to be that society that slows down to look at the car wreck on the side of the road, ” Clooney told Entertainment Weekly.

“I think we’re just in one of those places right now, and it seems to be focused on younger kids. Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan and people like that. They’ll get through it, but I wouldn’t want to be growing up around that.”

He acknowledged that had he achieved his celeb status before the age of twenty one,  “I’d be shooting crack under my eyeball.”

Good thing success came slightly later for the actor.  That eyeball/crack thing sounds positively excruciating.
