Hillary Clinton Talks American Idol’s Sanjaya Malakar

Presidential candidates have to be able to answer questions about anything on the fly, including such earth-shattering topics as Sanjaya Malakar on American Idol.
Taking live calls on a radio call-in on WOKQ-FM, Hillary Clinton was asked what the United States can do about Sanjaya, the dark horse singing candidate on the popular television show.
“That’s the best question I’ve been asked in a long time,” Clinton responded. “Well, you know, people can vote for whomever they want. That’s true in my election, and it’s true on `American Idol.’”
Many people feel that his continuing presence on the show is a due to pranksters who do not actually adore him but enjoy the the hoopla his weekly survival causes. Plus, it appears to be giving Simon Cowell a cerebral hemorrhage, which some feel is a plus as well.
Hillary should vote for Sanjaya. He is the best.

Sanjaya sucks!!!! Who the hell in the right mind would ever vote for that kid. The kid can’t sing, can’t dance, is butt ugly, and what the hell is he doing with his hair?! No Sanjaya, that is not cute. It is a disgrace that, that kid is representing Seattle/Portland, OR. They need to take his a$$ off television!
Sanjaya has done everything to keep interest alive. Taylor Hicks (definitely not the best voice of the final twelve)won last year mainly because he was an entertainer. Sanjaya is in much the same position this year. The others are by and large boring. One can buy a CD or download tunes equally good. Sanjaya has made the contest worth watching for whatever reason!

Sanjaya was the best! he had a kind heart and he stood strong against all the critisism. people and the media shoulda think of themselves and think of how it wouldve felt to be up in that stage and be critisized by so much of everything. hes still young and he has a full future ahead of him, otherwise i think this was a learning experince for him, he was a cutie and he was a real tough guy for his age.

I think many are missing the point. Apparantly,he was good enough to make it to the top 12. I honestly thought his sister was better. Then he made it this far. He does have a good voice, and it needs fine tuning for different song styles. And people are right, his stage presence is weak and needs a lot of work. But he kept true to himself, which was always his belief that kept him in the game. He was attempting to come out of his shell, however, it was a little too late. He’s 17, he has time to develop. Were there others possibly better then him in the 12 finalists? Well, maybe there was, and maybe there wasn’t. Remember, America voted. My favorite, Haley Scarnato.
I loved that kid. He made me watch the show again after 2 years. He had a lot more charisma than the others and I couldn’t wait to see what he did next. I will definitely miss him being on the show. I really hoped he would win. Now, I’m not sure I’ll continue watching….the entertainment is gone.

if you watched the show again carefully, everyone was clapping and by reading the guy that the camera focused on he said finally they’re getting rid of his ass… that was so funny, I was at home clappng too…..
I will miss Sanjaya. I watched the show to see him.

Sanjaya’s attractive. Only reason he stayed so long. But hey, you gotta work with what you got.
Sanjaya was the best in this show better than Christ and Blake. I belive he going to make it;he is a good guy with a big heart God may bless him.
I have never watched the show, but I know all about the contestants from the Internet and magazines. It’s not my thing, but glad it brightens up other people’s lives! We need a break from reality most days. LOL
